Matthew Garabedian - Owner & President

Matthew created The Garabedian Company over 10 years ago with a vision of improving all aspects of the Landscape and Construction Industry.  After attending the University of Rhode Island with a major in Finance and Marketing, Matt was certain that he wanted to run a business of his own.  Before Matthew founded The Garabedian Company, he worked as a licensed Real Estate Agent.  While primarily working in Real Estate, Matthew was awarded, “Realtor of the Year,” by Meadowlands Board of Realtors and named “Top 30 under 30” by Realtor Magazine.  Through his experiences in this industry he discovered his love for Landscaping and Property Maintenance and believed that every house or apartment he sold should look just as good on the outside as it did on the inside.

It was then that The Garabedian Company was created. He started out with 1 truck and 1 small crew and over the years these numbers have multiplied by 10. Matthew has been serving some clients from the first day in business all the way through to today. Matthew still personally meets the majority of every potential client with intentions of developing a working relationship right from the start. By doing this, he is certain that whether dealing with a small house in a residential area or a large commercial property, each potential client receives the attention they deserve. Matthew attends Conferences and Expos every few months to make sure that he is constantly bettering his knowledge of the Industry. He sits on several Executive Boards and enjoys volunteering for local organizations and donating money or services to local charities and schools. While he is not working, Matthew likes to spend all of this time with his wife and two beautiful daughters at the beach as well as off-shore fishing any chance he gets!

Coleen Garabedian - Owner

After attending Rider University, Coleen became the head of purchasing for a Government agency full time as well as working part time in the Marine Retail Business. Coleen applies her experience and knowledge, as she manages day-to-day operations and purchasing within The Garabedian Company. In addition, Coleen also holds a NJ Real Estate Sales License which helps her understand the difference in the kinds of properties we service and construct every day.
Don Reading - Operations Manager / Head Foreman

Don has been working in the Landscape and Construction Industry for 15 Years. As a certified Landscape Technician, Don has great experience working in Residential and Commercial Landscape and Construction. He also is highly skilled in Landscape Maintenance and Turf Grass Management. For years, Don has maintained the turf grass at an award winning golf course in NJ where he learned the importance of detail in every project. Don is well versed in all aspects of the industry and can answer any questions you might have!
Regina Cassorla - Landscape Designer

Regina graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in Landscape Architecture and has been practicing Landscape Design for over 12 years in the tri-state area. Her vast travel experience throughout different countries in the world continues to serve as inspiration for every unique landscape design she creates. Regina has worked on both complex, high-end commercial and residential projects as well as smaller landscapes - all based on whatever level of design each client requests. Regina believes that there is no area or property too big or small for a beautiful landscape design. After each design is approved, Regina remains actively involved through the installation process until the job is complete. Our crew of skilled Masons and Field Foreman work with Regina to make the design come alive.
Amanda Feinstein - Marketing Assistant

Amanda has been serving as a Marketing Assistant for The Garabedian Company for 3 years. Amanda graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a degree in Public Relations in 2010. While attending URI, Amanda served as the Coordinator the Family Orientation Program for new students and families.  During this time, she helped to market the University through tours, presentations, and meetings. After graduation, she knew she wanted to go into the field of Marketing and The Garabedian Company was a perfect fit.  Amanda handles the Marketing for the business and also specializes in Customer Service.  She has built relationships with our clients and does all that she can to ensure their satisfaction with our Company. 
Alexis Concorso - Director of First Impressions

With more than 3 years of office administration experience, Alexis provides support to the Garabedian Company and its respective clients. After studying Marketing at Georgian Court University she knew she wanted to work in an environment that allowed her to be more hands on with customers. During her time at Georgian Court, Alexis was president of the Biology National Honor Society as well as an Undergraduate Assistant for the GIST program. After working in the customer service field for many years, Alexis knows that customers are the life blood of any industry. She takes great pride in providing the highest level of customer service and always eager to give clients the proper assistance that they need no matter what the circumstance.
